New Project: Motorex of America – Brookfield, CT
Triad Construction Group is pleased to announce an upcoming project for Motorex of America, located at 993 Federal Road in Brookfield, Connecticut. The project will include the construction of a new 36,000-square-foot addition to the existing facility, along with the furnishing and installation of a 16,000-gallon oil-water separator system. Permit processing is scheduled to begin this fall, with project completion anticipated in 2027. We are proud to partner with Motorex of America on this significant expansion and look forward to bringing the project from planning through successful completion.
New Project: Sullivan McKinney Elder Housing – Fairfield, CT
Triad Construction Group is proud to announce a new improvement project for Sullivan McKinney Elder Housing in Fairfield, Connecticut. The project will consist of multiple exterior and facility improvements, including masonry repairs, roofing, parking lot and paving improvements, and the removal and replacement of existing boilers and water heaters. Our team looks forward to completing these important improvements while providing the quality, coordination, and attention to detail our clients expect from Triad Construction Group.
