Mark and his crew were very professional, on time and came in very close to his estimated budget, the project was a very difficult restoration and it was almost impossible to get others to quote it and when they did the prices were ridiculous. Mark told me up front there may be some things that would come up but he never took advantage I've not been so happy with another contractor and will certainly call them again!

I have had Triad help me with numerous projects at my house, my dental office and my wife's hair salon and all of them have turned out way better than expected. Marc Duchon, the owner, is very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. From a major foundation repair, to finish carpentry, tile, plumbing, electrical and sewer work, they have done fantastic work for me at very fair prices. These guys are not only awesome at what they do but are hilarious to have around and make what is usually a kind of weird, uncomfortable situation, super fun and enjoyable! We had hired a complete hack we found online who was a miserable human being and did work so sub-standard we could not believe he was licensed..(if in fact they were!) Anyway, after that nightmare we found these guys through our realtor. From day 1 they were honest with us, completely professional, and very fair with pricing. We had prices ranging from $164,000 - $225,000 and they came in at 108,000 and even credited us for items they did not have to do that they thought they would! My wife even called me one day during construction (at which point my heart started pounding with fear of a repeat of the last company) to tell me that Mark, the owner, had managed to get our 4 and 6 year old to CALMLY head upstairs to take their nap! This is normally a 30-minute complete nightmare!! Anyway, they are all great guys, who do great work and we will always call them for future projects.
